Jesstellstales’s travel blog entry: "Doing a group tour of the Mekong made me so happy that we decided to travel independently. When you get pushed and shoved every where by over eager photo and video taking tourists-tempers don't last. There was one particular lady (with a video camera) who took the cake of most annoying. There were about 20 of us all together and 6 Western couples who just started to have enough! Everytime our guide would show us a sight or explained something we would be pushed and shoved out of the way, elbowed as they clicked away on their super lens cameras and cut in front off in their eagerness to board boats and buses. When we were visiting Cai Rang floating market we were all cramped into these tiny boats which were very precariously balanced. But the video camera lady (I have a picture of her which I'll put up later so everyone else can try and avoid her) could not care less! Up she got on her knees blocking every one else, rocking the boat so we almost got tipped out causing our boat lady to yell in Vietnamese, and pushing the chair down hard onto Dave's knees. Later on when the video lady was shoving to get onto the bus with her husband a Canadian guy lost it at her and said "hey would you like me to give you the 101 on how to be considerate and stand in a ...
