Guinness Hurler (2001) Re-Done As David Beckham Vs Greece (2002)

I decided to take the legendary Guinness advert from 2001, about a player taking a free in the last minute, and applied it to David Beckham’s last minute free-kick against Greece in the 2002 World Cup Qualifier in Old Trafford. With England 2-1 down, and with Germany drawing against Finland in the other qualifier, a point would have seen England automatically qualify for the 2002 World Cup Finals in Japan/Korea. It all boiled down to a free-kick with 92 minutes played..... I took the general theme of the advert, with the dilemns going through the player's mind before he took the free-kick, coupled with a vision of what would happen if he scored. Obviously, Beckham's vision was his sending off against Argentina in the 1998 World Cup, and his shot at redemption. The editing is a bit shaky, but it's not too bad.
