MAX14569 logic level converter

MAX14569 logic level converter "Maxim" company introduced MAX14569 - 2-channel unidirectional level converters with against electrostatic discharge. The devices provide level matching with data transfer (up to 12Mbps per second) in multiple voltage denominations due to combination of voltages. The integral circuit agrees levels voltage with the range from 1.6V to 5.5V and with the range from 2.3V to 5.5V with protection against electrostatic discharge ± 25kV. Two separate control inputs for each pair of converters allow switching MAX14569 into the mode of ultra-low power consumption from the source, reducing power consumption to 0.01mkA. MAX14569 are designed for use in industrial equipment networks, automated instrumentation, remote communication systems. MAX14569 features a high-power charge pump that boosts voltage level at the VBAT battery input to the source level of 5V. The built-in charge pump simplifies the circuit layout, reduces the range of applicable components and the cost of manufacturing. MAX14569 is designed to operate in extended temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It is performed in a 16-pin QSOP housing. It’s dimensions are 4.9mm x 6mm.
