　東京・池袋の「サンシャインシティ　アルパ」で２３日、一般の親子１０組がモデルとして登場するクリスマスファッションショーがあり、タレントの新山千春と、アイドルグループ「スマイレージ」がゲスト出演した。（アサヒ・コム編集部）　雑誌「Ｈａｎａｋｏ」などで活躍するスタイリストが、アルパ内にあるショップの商品をコーディネート。親子並んでライトを浴びながらステージ上を歩く姿に、観客から拍手が送られた。緊張ぎみの母親とは対照的に、子どもたちは余裕の表情。ジャンプしたり、見に来た家族に手を振ったりと愛敬を振りまいていた。　新山は「いつもは家事に仕事に忙しいママが華やかにウオーキングして、思い出の一日になったと思う。楽しそうな顔を見せてくれて、私もしあわせな一日となりました」と笑顔で感想を述べた。　ショーの最後にはスマイレージのミニライブがあり、会場につめかけた大勢のファンが一体となって盛り上げた。
