関電・大飯原発1号機、緊急炉心冷却装置の一部に異常を示す警報 原子炉を手動停止
関西電力・大飯原発1号機で、緊急時に炉心を冷却する装置の一部に異常を示す警報が鳴り、関西電力は16日夜、トラブルの原因を調べるため、原子炉を手動停止した。関西電力によると、15日夜、原子炉の冷却ができなくなった際に原子炉に注入するホウ酸水を蓄えるタンクの1台が、圧力の異常を示した。関西電力は原因調査のため、16日午後9時ごろ、運転を手動停止した。大飯1号機は現在、定期検査の最終段階の100%出力状態で、4カ月間調整運転を続け、近く、国へ最終試験を申請する予定だった。このトラブルを受け、関電は117万5,000kWの電力が供給できなくなり、関電管内の夏の電力供給は、厳しい局面を迎えた。この大飯原発1号機について、経済産業省原子力安全・保安院は、ストレステストの1次評価の対象になることを明らかにした。1号機が長期間停止することは避けられない情勢。
