松本 龍復興担当相が5日朝、辞表を提出した。菅政権は、この辞任ショックで再び大揺れとなっている。党の内部からも、再び退陣論が浮上し、後任大臣が決まっても、騒動の余波が広がっている。宮城・仙台市民は、「安心しました。あんなに宮城県をばかにした話はないと思って」、「ああいう言い方はないですからね。しょうがないのでは」と話した。被災地からも当然との声が相次いだ復興担当相・松本氏の辞任。5日朝、首相官邸を訪れた松本氏は、菅首相に大臣の辞表を提出し、受理された。辞任した松本復興担当相は、5日午前9時45分、「岩手でキックオフをして、3日でノーサイドになりましたけど。『粗にして野だが卑ではない(粗っぽくて野蛮だけど、卑しい生き方はしていない)』松本 龍。一兵卒として、復興に努力をしていきたい」と話した。3日、岩手県で「頑張れ東日本」と書かれたサッカーボールの「キックオフ」でスタートさせた被災地訪問。松本氏は3日、自分のけったボールを受け止めた岩手県の達増(たっそ)知事が、「しっかり受け止めさせていただきました」と話したのに対し、「受け止めたか?」と話した。そして、松本復興担当相は「知恵を出したところは助けますけど、知恵を出さないやつは助けない。県でコンセンサスを得ろよ! そうしないと、われわれは何もしないぞ。ちゃんとやれ」と話した。その「上から目線」の命令口調に、被災地からも反発の声が高まり、4日、松本氏は陳謝したうえで、「わたしは九州の人間ですけん、ちょっと語気が荒かったりして」、「B型で短絡的なところがあって」などと、出身や血液型などを理由に挙げて釈明した。しかし、これについて、地元・福岡市では、批判の声が上がった。福岡市民は、「九州の人間として怒りますよ。九州の人間、真っ正直です」、「ずいぶん、わがままな人やなと。あんなこと言わんですよね、普通の(九州の)人は」などと話した。また、血液型がB型だという福岡市の夫婦は、「とぼけてると思いますよ。B型がどうのA型がどうのって、全然関係ない」、「わたしもB型だけど、明るいB型ですよ」と話した。松本氏は1990年、旧福岡1区で社会党から出馬し、38歳で初当選した。福岡市内の松本氏の事務所では、4日夜から電話やファクスが鳴りやまないということで、5日の昼を過ぎても電話が鳴り続けていた。事務所に届いたというファクスには、「お前に復興する資格なし」、「こんな政治...
