[뉴스웨이TV] 여야 원내대표 회담…천안함 진상조사특위 구성 `이견' : 민군합동조사단,민주당,안상수,원내대표회담,이강래,진상조사,진상조사특위,천안함,특위구성,한나라당ㆍ영상길이 : 04:19ㆍ등록자 : 뉴스웨이ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.04.21 (16:42) [촬영/편집 = 이인수 기자](서울=뉴스웨이 윤미숙 기자) 여야는 21일 원내대표 회담을 갖고 천안함 침몰 진상조사특위 구성 등 후속 대책에 대해 논의했으나 양측 간 이견이 커 별다른 성과를 거두지 못했다. 이날 국회 귀빈식당에서 만난 한나라당 안상수, 민주당 이강래 원내대표는 천안함 침몰 진상조사특위 구성의 필요성에 대해선 인정하면서도 시기와 형식, 방법 등을 놓고 입장차를 좁히지 못했다. 민주당은 천안함 침몰 사고에 대한 실질적 진상조사를 위해 국정조사권을 가진 특위를 즉각 구성해야 한다고 주장한 반면, 한나라당은 민군합동조사단의 사고 원인 공식 발표 후 특위를 구성하는 게 옳으며 국정조사권 부여에 대해서도 반대 입장을 보였다. 이날 원내대표 회담에서는 SSM(기업형 슈퍼마켓), 지방행정체제개편, 국회 선진화법 등 각종 현안을 비롯해 민주당이 요구 중인 4대강 사업 청문회, MBC 파업 관련 청문회 등도 의제로 다뤄졌으나 역시 진전이 없었다. 지방행정체제개편과 관련해 한나라당은 구의회를 폐지하고 구정협의회를 설치하자는 것과 도의 존폐 여부는 국회 지방행정체제개편특위 논의에 맏길 것을 주장한 반면, 민주당은 도의 존속을 전제로 한 논의를 주장한 것으로 전해졌다. 한나라당은 또 집시법 개정안과 오는 11월 열리는 G20 정상회담 관련 경호안전특별법을 4월 임시국회에서 처리하자고 제안했으나 민주당이 반대했다. 민주당이 요구한 4대강 사업 청문회 및 MBC 인사개입 의혹 관련 청문회에 대해선 한나라당이 "정치적 쟁점으로 삼으려는 정략적 의도가 있다"며 반대해 합의를 이루지 못했다. 한나라당 신성범 원내대변인은 원내대표 회담 직후 브리핑에서 "오늘 회담은 천안함 침몰 사고 진상조사특위 구성을 둘러싼 이견을 해소하지 못한 채 종료됐다"고 밝혔다.민주당 우제창 원내대변인도 "천안함 진상조사특위에서 이견이 너무 컸기 때문에 다른 안건에 대해선 별다른 진전 없이 무의미하게 원내대표 회담이 종결됐다"고 말했다. 한나라당 안상수, 민주당 이강래 원내대표는 조만간 비공식 회동을 통해 의견 절...
