Combat Mastery New Skill 2011?

Will this be the new 2011 or 2012 skill? Perhaps... NOTE: I know this is not gonna be implanted in the game, there is no reason for people to say that in the comments lol. Okay these where my intentions of how to bonuses for the skill should look like: CBM = Combat Mastery Level LP/M = Life Points Regained per minute STR/MAG/RNG = the extra bonus in these 3 skills, you hit that must percent more with that level of Combat Mastery PRY/CNS/SUM MAX = the maximum Prayer, Constitution or Summoning level available to the player. SPEC = The amount of time (in seconds) taken to regain a full special attack bar.
