《超級巨聲3》的面試正進行得如火如荼，日前看介紹過最新一輪面試情況，今集帶大家回溯早前在電視廣播城的首輪面試，現已「升呢」成為師兄的《超級巨聲2》亞軍胡鴻鈞（Hubert）和「六強之一」吳業坤（坤哥），除了以過來人身份跟一眾師兄妹分享經驗，客串《巨聲工房》主持，為大家直擊參賽者與其家人心情；兩人今次還有更重要的任務－擔任評判，一年前是參賽者身份，如今角色倒轉，感覺如何，評分時又有甚麼準則？ Hubert與坤哥身兼三重身份，節目甫開始，兩人先以主持身份為《巨聲工房》的觀眾報道逾百參賽者等候面試的熱鬧狀況，更走訪兩位親身陪同兒子前來面試的家長，這對廿四孝爸媽表示全力支持兒子參賽，希望他學懂面對壓力。鏡頭一轉，Hubert與坤哥已在評判席上就座，全神貫注留意參賽者的表現。兩位「師兄」評判特別着重發掘參賽者的潛能，參加過Hip Hop舞比賽的104號林俊一，以及有跳舞根底的121號何詠琳均被要求即場表演舞技；抱結他自彈自唱的108號女參賽者黎詠儀則被要求演繹原創作品。當天更有多位參賽者選擇清唱，藝高人膽大，他們對自己清唱效果有甚麼評價？Hubert和坤哥事後總結當日參賽者表現平均，兩人更互相交流評分心得。坤哥憶述去年此時站在台上不敢望評判，今次角色倒轉，鬼馬的他特別嘗試與參賽者四目交投，看看有甚麼感受？
