Cambridge: Montogmery Traction Elevators @ Sears, Cambridge-Side Galleria

We ride a pair of crappy Montgomery Traction Elevators, at Sears, Cambridge-Side Galleria Mall, in the People’s Republic of Cambridge (Massachusetts). The looks of the cab pretty much dictate how terrible these things are, without the ability of becoming Death Traps, as the control panel on the first one can nearly be ripped open (NICE MAINTENANCE!!), the run-down appearance of both cabs, and their horrible ride quality. The fixtures and overall appearance is similar to the parking garage elevators in the dead Worcester Galleria Parking Garages, minus the rusted textured stainless-steel doors and walls, but ride better than these do. The only redeeming quality of these are the original flourescent floor counters, which survived the "ACME" counter replacement frenzy, and the bell chime, which only works on one of them. I'm sure at some point, these will be gone, and these elevators lose all of it's redeeming value, what little is left anyway. All these will be good for, is transport.
