I should have written this entry in a Hamburg Internet cafe but instead I am writing it a year later after my trip. I had known since Argentina that my sister that started the trip with me has developed a chronic illness in Australia. I had a nagging feeling that at any time I might be ask to come home early which explains the apparent haste of my travels. Well, She finally asked me to come home early when I got to Hamburg. She sounded so bad that after a half hour of thinking time I decided to Fly home as soon as I could. I managed to booked a flight out of Gatwick airport(London) to Adelaide for about a week after Hamburg. I had to do a mad dash to Prague via Poland and fly from Prague to Gatwick. I have thought many times about completing the rest of the entries in this blog but the empty entries remind me more of my time there than any bad prose I might have come up with.a year later."
