But yes, that's exactly what I did and with reasons being that since the leaves were now at their maximum fall colors plus being a fantastic Thanksgiving long weekend, now was an excellent time to come back to the Gatineau Park and redo the hike all around the wonderful Pink Lake having had so much fun the last time! Michel and I sure weren't disappointed. The views of the lake surrounded by the colourful blanket of leaves on the trees were all breathtaking as we hiked all around the lake for a good hour and a half. During that time, the bright rays of the sun kept us warm as the gentle cool wind made the leaves dance all around us. The entire forest was alive greeting us with open arms while we stopped occasionally here and there to admire the vistas along the cliffs or lake. After Michel and I had quite an enjoyable hike around Pink Lake, we left the park totally satisfied of our second visit which proved to be as exciting and stunning as the first time around.
