[뉴스웨이TV] 한나라당, 신임 원내대표에 김무성 의원 사실상 추대 : 고흥길,김무성,신임원내대표,신임투표,심재철,원내대표,원내대표추대,이병석,정책위의장,한나라당ㆍ영상길이 : 03:54ㆍ등록자 : 뉴스웨이ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.04.29 (16:45) [촬영/편집 = 이인수 기자](서울=뉴스웨이 윤미숙 기자) 한나라당 차기 원내대표로 친박(박근혜)계 4선 김무성 의원이, 정책위의장에는 친이계 3선 고흥길 의원이 사실상 확정됐다. 김무성·고흥길 의원과 경쟁을 벌이던 친이계 3선 한나라당 이병석 의원과 정책위의장 러닝메이트인 심재철 의원이 29일 경선 불출마를 전격 선언한 데 따른 것이다. 이에 따라 김무성·고흥길 의원은 다음달 4일 열리는 원내대표 경선에서 신임투표 형식을 빌어 차기 원내대표·정책위의장으로 각각 추대될 전망이다. 한나라당 이병석 의원은 이날 국회에서 김무성 의원과의 회동 직후 기자간담회를 갖고 "아름다운 경선 보다 아름다운 양보를 택했다"며 경선 불출마 의사를 밝혔다. 한나라당 이병석 의원은 "김무성 의원으로부터 원내대표 경선에 출마하게 된 심경에 대해 들었고, 당과 나라를 생각하는 깊은 충정을 엿볼 수 있었다"면서 "한나라당이 집권당으로서 풀어가야 할 국가현안을 해결하는 데 중지를 모아야 한다는 결론을 얻고 아름다운 양보를 결심했다"고 설명했다. 이어 "중도실용주의의 깃발을 들고 국가 선진화와 정권 재창출을 완수하는 일은 당의 단합 없이는 불가능한 것"이라며 "몸은 물러나도 정신이 물러나는 것은 아니기 때문에 한 마음으로 국민이 우리에게 부여한 사명을 완수하도록 김무성 의원을 지지하고 성원하겠다"고 덧붙였다. 이병석 의원의 정책위의장 러닝메이트로 나섰던 심재철 의원도 "작은 차이를 뛰어넘어 대동의 길로 가자는 게 저의 생각"이라며 "앞으로 김무성 의원과 고흥길 의원 이 두 분을 적극적으로 돕겠다"고 보탰다. 이에 한나라당 김무성 의원은 "당과 나라를 위해 아름다운 경선 보다 아름다운 양보를 해주신 이병석 의원, 심재철 의원께 감사의 말씀을 드린다"며 "두 분의 높은 뜻을 잘 받들어 '소리(小利)'를 버리고 '대의(大義)'를 쫓아 당과 나라를 위해 최선을 다하겠다"고 화답했다. 김무성 의원은 이날 회동을 제안한 배경에 대해 "천안함 희생...
