We couldn't get out of Las Vegas quick enough this morning, and we had about a 4.5 hour drive to get to Bryce canyon in southern utah. The drive over was amazing, there is some really nice country out here. The temperature was hitting 95 at 08:30 as we drove out of Vegas, but as we got into Utah and into the mountains the temperature dropped to a much better 80 degrees F. Bryce canyon is an amazing place the rock formations just seem unreal, have a look at the pics below. We found a great motel / resort just outside the town, it's really comfortable. Bryce is a really nice place to be we could have spent more time here and just chilled a bit, but we have quite a way to drive back in the next 2 days so we will be up early and on our way back to colorado.
