[뉴스웨이TV] 여야, 20일 원내대표 회담…`천안함 진상조사특위' 구성 논의 : 김정훈,농협법개정안,무상급식,민주당,세종시,우윤근,원내대표회담,원내수석부대표회담,천안함,한나라당ㆍ영상길이 : 06:08ㆍ등록자 : 뉴스웨이ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.04.15 (16:46) [촬영/편집 = 이인수 기자](서울=뉴스웨이 윤미숙 기자) 여야는 오는 20일 오후 2시 원내대표 회담을 열어 천안함 침몰 사고의 진상규명을 위한 국회 내 특위 구성 등 현안과 4월 임시국회 법안 처리 방안에 대해 논의하기로 했다. 한나라당 김정훈, 민주당 우윤근 원내수석부대표는 이날 국회 귀빈식당에서 원내수석부대표 회동을 갖고 원내대표 회담 시기 및 의제를 논의한 결과 이같이 합의했다. 한나라당 김정훈, 민주당 우윤근 원내수석부대표는 회동 직후 브리핑을 통해 "오는 20일 화요일 오후 2시 원내대표 회담을 갖기로 결정했다"고 전했다. 여야는 이번 원내대표 회담에서 천안함 침몰 진상조사특위 구성 문제를 핵심 의제로 다룰 예정이다. 이와 관련해 민주당은 국정조사 수준의 특위 구성을 요구하고 있는 반면, 한나라당은 진상조사만 할 수 있는 특위를 구성하자는 입장이어서 협상에 난항이 예고된다. 또한 이번 원내대표 회담에서는 일본의 독도 영유권 주장과 관련한 독도 특위 구성 문제가 논의된다. 독도 특위 구성에 대해선 여야간 이견이 없어 원만한 합의를 이끌어낼 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 이밖에 기업형슈퍼마켓(SSM) 규제와 관련한 유통산업발전법 개정안도 논의될 예정으로, 양당은 중소상공인 보호라는 취지에는 공감대를 형성하고 있다. 다만 한나라당은 SSM에 대한 규제가 WTO 규정에 저축될 위험이 있어 신중해야 한다는 입장이다. 이밖에 양당 원내대표는 ▲김우룡 전 방송진흥위원장의 MBC 인사개입 의혹에 대한 청문회 건 ▲4대강 사업 청문회 건 ▲무상급식 및 무료보육 ▲지방행정체제 개편 ▲집시법 개정안 ▲농협법 개정안 ▲국회 선진화 관련법 ▲기업형슈퍼마켓(SSM) 규제 관련 유통산업발전법 개정안 ▲선상투표제 도입 ▲G20 정상회담 관련 테러방지법 등에 대해서도 논의할 예정이다./윤미숙 기자 기사 제보 및 보도자료(뉴스웨이) pressdot@newsway.kr
