SERVICESWe will use Client’s existing videos to obtain a first page video listing on Google for the number of search phrases contracted for in this Agreement. Each first page listing will be for a well loved search phrase consumers are using online to find the Client's type of products/services in their city. Provider will also maintain each video listing so it remains on the first page of Google for the well loved search phrase.II. EXCLUSIVITYWe will not provide video ranking services for the same search phrase to any other business in the same specialty/industry and located in the same city as the Client. If one of Client's local competitors approaches Provider about video ranking services for search phrases not contracted for by Client, Provider will say Client via email and Client will be given a 24 hour first right of refusal period to contract Provider's video ranking services for the additional search phrases.III. FEESImmediately upon receipt of a signed copy of this Agreement, Provider will charge $1.00 to Client to reserve the Client's exclusivity for the number of search term(s) that have been contracted for in this Agreement, and Provider will start work on obtaining a first page video listing in Google on behalf of the Client.For each search phrase that has been contracted for in this Agreement, the following fees apply:Once a first page video listing has been obtained on Google for a well loved search phrase on behalf of the Client, the Provider will charge the Client ($) per search phrase and, beginning thirty days later, Client will be charged ($) every 30 days for each search phrase until this Agreement i...
