愛跳舞的女生，都有手腳修長的特點，即使靜靜坐着不動，坐姿也特別挺直優雅。三位「舞功」高強的「人辦」王君馨（Grace）、李亞男（Leanne）和楊秀惠，隨口哼出音樂已手舞足蹈，活力十足，輕易驅除夏日暑氣引致的慵懶！Jin和Penny就請來三位高佻美女切磋一下！ 三位分別在美國、加拿大及馬來西亞成長，早在求學時期已酷愛舞蹈，不會放過任何表演機會。Grace和Jin都在紐約生活過，對於當地西班牙裔、非洲裔人士的舞蹈狂熱大有共鳴，兩人更即席Jam了一Part「Hip Hop版」油脂。秀惠則早在中學時期已經自編印度舞，腰、頸扭動靈活，引得身旁的Penny也躍躍欲試，動感十足！縱然入行前已酷愛舞蹈，不過在大型綜合節目表演的舞蹈強度始終是兩碼子事，三位美女都大嘆入行之初吃盡苦頭！入行已嘗試過Hip Hop等三十多種舞蹈的Grace最難忘《舞動奇跡》學拉丁舞的辛酸；Leanne和秀惠則對選美期間的排舞苦況歷歷在目。去年台慶三人的水中舞「Let’s Get Wet」教Penny念念不忘，但原來三位美女排舞時嘗盡濕、冷、重、臭箇中滋味難以形容！三位身形高佻，本身已教人眼前一亮，配合舞姿豈非更誘人？然而高個子對演繹某些舞蹈動作卻是個障礙，找相襯舞伴亦不容易，秀惠和Leanne在表演期間就遇過不少因高度衍生的問題，場面有多尷尬？
