How To Make Honey

We lived in the Bush in Alaska, where there were no stores, and finding a bee tree, was very rare. The old pioneers our family made their own honey. It’s simple to do. I love it, because there are no bees and bugs crawling around in my food. We've found real hives before, with honey, and we also found bug parts. Yuk! So if you are vegan, vegetarian, and just don't like to eat bugs. Please follow this recipe, and make your own honey. Also because bees are dying, in this bee cycle...honey is getting very expensive to buy. Maybe someday they will go extinct. Keep lots of sugar in your pantry, and you can buy purple,red and white clover dried. Fireweed grows in many places so make your honey when it's in bloom.
