Dear Targeted Individual--Fight Back: The Voice to Skull Campaign

Since 1974, the military has used something called Voice to Skull (V2K) to invade the minds of targeted individuals and the enemy combatant. The technology has become highly sophisticated and voices can be made to "bypass" the ear (that high pitch frequency I hear frequently followed by STUPID comments and not so subliminal messages) and go "directly" to the brain. These clowns can pretend to be "God" and want to be the true God. Gimme a break. This message is to targeted individuals about how we begin to prove this is happening. To the psychiatrists in the mix: NO, I do NOT hear voices nobody else hears. Those in the room with the criminals--and their superiors--as well as many of the organized crime stalkers--hear every word that is said to me. It’s how they stay in sync with each other. It is THEY whose sanity you should be questioning. We are TIRED of you questioning ours and colluding to have us committed for the CRIME of BRAIN INVASION AND ASSAULT these criminals are perpetrating against us. When you FAIL to do the research and review the target's evidence and decide, instead, to cause further harm to the target with your commitment order, THAT'S MALPRACTICE and DEFAMATION and we will begin responding accordingly.
