2000-01-03 Surprise Baby Shower Part 2

3 Jan 2000 (Part 2) - Cassie explains to Blake the complicated situation between her, Richard, and Reva. Blake and Harley try to advise Cassie to be honest with Richard and tell him that she loves him. Blake is touched when Harley and Cassie give Clarissa a bound copy of Blake’s novel (minus the last chapter which hadn't been published yet) to remind Clarissa of her parents' love. Cassie appreciates that Blake wants to see her happy after losing Hart. At the carriage house, Ross keeps telling Holly that it's okay she's upset and feeling sorry for herself. Holly talks about being really happy just a few times in her life, because she keeps ruining every good thing that she has. Ross reminds Holly that she has a new year and he believes happiness is out there waiting for her. Ross brings Blake and the baby home, saying he has to go check on Michelle. After Ross leaves, Blake thanks her mother and tells her how much she loves her. Holly advises Blake to be good to Ross and her kids.
