There is no doubt that "they are using Cloud Seeding, The Rocket Propulsion system and the Taurus Molecular Clouds 65 (TMC 65), coupled with HAARP and SuperDARN technologies to produce these storms. Wherever you see a radar anomaly or vortex, HAARP and SuperDARN are pre-charging certain zones to prepare them for a new storm that will occur in 24 -48 hours. In the Cloud Cover section, you can see Man Made clouds are being sent into the atmosphere. The storms then generate power as they pass through the seeded areas and are zapped with the RF beam from radar stations. But you decide.
