SMG2 - Cosmic Cove - Green Star 3 - 1:34.38

- Here’s my general procedure for long jumping out of the water: — Hold Z as you enter the water, and keep holding Z when you're in the water. -- Swim to the surface. -- Get a little bit of speed, then press and hold A to long jump out. The first step (about holding Z as you enter) is kind of weird, though. It works if I ground pound into the water, or long jump into the water... and in my strategy here, I can ground pound onto a slope and then slide into the water, and it still works. But in many other cases it doesn't work. I thought I'd try this star as well, since I actually found a decent way of dealing with those moving water blocks in star 2 ( www.youtube.com ). But I wanted to long jump out of water at the end after reaching the water blocks, and the only way I knew how was to long jump or ground pound into water first... using my star 2 strategy, I couldn't seem to manage that. Then this cooler strategy came up - and it's even easier to catch the water blocks now!
