혻 장건재 감독과 모범생 서준영의 만남!지켜주고 싶은 청춘 태훈을 탄생시키다! <회오리 바람>에서 서툴고 제멋대로지만 지켜주고 싶은 남자 태훈은 어딘지 모르게 장건재 감독의 문제아 시절을 연상케한다. 평소 자신의 이미지처럼 평범한 이미지에서 독특함이 묻어나는 배우를 오랫동안 물색해왔던 장건재 감독은 서준영을 보는 순간 태훈 역을 누구보다 잘 표현할 것 같은 확신이 들었고, 그렇게 운명적인 둘의 만남이 이루어졌다. 태훈을 두고 두 사람 사이에서 끊임 없이 논쟁이 계속되었는데 서준영은 ‘아르바이트를 해서 17만원을 받았는데 헤어진 여자 친구한테 16만원짜리 목걸이를 사주고, 본인은 햄버거를 먹는 사람이 어디 있느냐’ 라고 물었고 장건재 감독은 ‘내가 그랬어’라고 대답하여 절실했고 소중했었던 그 시절 자신의 감정을 서준영에게 그대로 전달했다. 또한, 장건재 감독은 촬영 기간 동안 디렉션하기보다 배우가 감정선의 흐름을 스스로 찾아갈 수 있도록 하였고 이런 감독의 의도를 영리하게 포착해낸 서준영은 대본에 얽매이지 않고 상황에 따라 실감나는 연기를 보여줌으로써 태훈의 감정을 100퍼센트 이...
