備受爭議的謝姓計程車司機,性侵日本女學生,以五萬元交保,後來檢方抗告成功,板橋地院原本預定,要在昨天晚上重開羈押庭,但是嫌犯早就落跑,法官只好傳喚當初,保出丈夫的謝太太,要他說明丈夫下落,結果她一到法院,被嚇到驚慌失措蹲在地上,現在法官決定下星期一,嫌犯再不到案,就要發布通緝 到底老公在哪裡,謝太太用外套遮著臉,驚慌失措蹲在地上,檢方抗告成功重開羈押庭,老公性侵後交保卻落跑獨留老婆收拾攤子,到法院說明先生下落,男人情慾犯罪,受傷的都是女人,謝太太不只得承受找不到丈夫的壓力,還被迫接受先生一再背叛的不堪,因為謝姓計程車司機不只性侵日本女學生,現在還有女子跳出來指控他,在新北市永寧捷運站外,言語騷擾她兩個月,既性侵又騷擾,涉案的謝姓司機還有打架和偷竊前科,法官卻以五萬元讓他交保,結果人間蒸發。網友氣不過,人肉搜索出縱放狼司機的法官盧軍傑照片,痛批他認為涉犯重罪,不能當聲押唯一理由的法律見解,根本就和色司機是共犯結構,還有人質疑法官沒什麼社會經驗,才會不清楚性侵的定義,也有人嘲諷嫌犯以後想交保都可以找他。網友怒氣沖沖,因為這名盧軍傑法官,縱放的不只謝姓司機一名性侵犯,帶著紅色帽子的小莉,站出來指控的就是法官盧軍傑,三年前她跟朋友到KTV唱歌,被三個男子下藥迷昏輪流性侵,結果盧軍傑居然以罪證不足為理由,判三名性侵男子無罪,法官拘泥法條,司法無法保護弱勢,受傷的除了被欺負的女人,還有整個司法威信。', WIDTH, 240, ABOVE, true, OFFSETX, -20, FADEIN, 500, FADEOUT, 300, TITLE, '摘要全文', TITLEBGCOLOR, '#999999', STICKY, 1, CLOSEBTN, true, CLICKCLOSE, true)" />
