Pokemon Crystal English & Japanese Pokemon Communications Center comparison

For those who had gotten Pokemon Crystal in Europe and Northern America has their English release of this gameboy color game, there is something different that the Japanese had in store: The Pokemon Communications Center. This building is supposed to allow players to connect their mobile phones through an exclusive adapter. This makes people use their mobile phones to obtain and generate special Pokemon during a major event release at the time. Since it was expensive for the Japanese to figure out the models and noticed the majority target audience (young children) at the time may not owning a mobile phone, this was modified off in the 2001 release. Please note: Because of this unnoticeable occurrence, English Pokemon Crystal versions cannot obtain the legendary Celebi, the elusive GS ball, and other Japanese-exclusive prizes.
