[뉴스웨이TV] 정몽준 "정치개혁 완성하면 선진국 진입" : 경제위기,공천제도,국회,국회선진화법,이명박정부,정몽준,정치개혁과제,최고위원회의,한나라당ㆍ영상길이 : 01:47ㆍ등록자 : 뉴스웨이ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.02.25 (16:59) 【촬영=뉴스웨이 생생TV / 이인수 기자】(서울=뉴스웨이 윤미숙 기자) 한나라당 정몽준 대표는 25일 "정치개혁 과제를 제대로 완성해내면 우리나라가 진정한 선진국 발전의 길에 들어갈 수 있다"고 강조했다. 정 대표는 이날 국회에서 열린 최고위원회의에서 "국회 선진화법 통과 부터 선거제도 개선, 공천제도 개선, 여성의 정치참여 확대, 개헌 논의 등 많은 정치개혁 과제가 우리 앞에 놓여 있다"며 이같이 말했다. 그는 이어 이명박 정부 집권 2년에 대해 "경제위기는 잘 이겨냈지만 국민통합 등 국가의 기본을 이뤄내는 과정은 미완의 숙제로 남았다"며 "과제로 남은 부분은 행정부의 역할 보다 정치권, 특히 여당인 한나라당의 역할이 더 필요하다"고 평가한 뒤, "이명박 정부 출범 2년이 되는 오늘, 정치개혁에 대한 의지를 새롭게 다지자"고 강조했다.그는 또 최근 논란이 되고 있는 '교육계 비리'에 대해 "미래의 주인공을 키워내야 할 교육계에 온갖 비리가 조직화돼 있다는 것은 심각한 문제다. 철저한 감독과 수술을 촉구한다"며 "차제에 교육계의 구시대적 비리의 환부를 도려낼 수 있는 법적·사회적 시스템을 생각해 봐야 한다"고 밝혔다. 기사 제보 및 보도자료 pressdot@newsway.kr
