Zac Efron and Demi Lovato in the Hospital manip (zemi) how all began

Demi is in the hospital because she try to suicide because Joe and she broke up.Zac is best friend of joe but he have feeling for Demi and he go to the hospital to visit her. Demi try to suicide again and his mother and the doctor lost control over her. Zac came in and saw what was happening and began to talk to Demi. He said don’t suicide because you main so much to your family and for me. Zac says he loves her and that he will not hurt her. Please do not slay me the needle and we will fly together from now on, just give me a chance. She gives the needle and she said yes and that is not crazy and the doctors were to her. zac smiles and says I knows that you are not crazy and leaves.
