はい、当初は卵スープの予定でしたが卵流す段階になって卵がない事に気がつき哀れ、卵の代わりに醤油を流し入れラーメンスープと相成りました。HISのお話千里の道も一歩から少し少し巻き返して行こうと思いましたマル誰か加速ペラとEXロールスくだちぃ自分用メモ醤油　大3料理酒 大3みりん　大1砂糖　大1摺りゴマ　大1コチュジャン　大0.5〜1ニンニク　大0.5〜1　*チューブにんにく臭いキツイゴマ油　少々レンジで加熱1分　漬け用タレとご飯用タレ別々に用意漬け用ダレには、水溶き片栗粉少々カルビに塩振って火を通した後に漬け用タレに1時間漬け込む*次回、粗引き胡椒追加再度、フライパンでタレにトロミが出るまで加熱
