Cat2222’s travel blog entry: "Sunday 13th June We drove the final four hours to Dehli arriving into the chaos at around midday. The traffic in central Delhi is pretty hectic with thousands of tut tuts and bikes weaving their way between the traffic and on the wrong side of the street! One of the streets we went down Lu had to get out of the truck and wave vehicles away from the wrong side of the street so Adam could manoeuvre the truck down it, as it was, a bike tried to cut through and got wedged under the front of the truck!! It was pretty funny as the guy was trying to give Adam some chat for it Lu just dragged the bike out and threw it back at him totally ignoring his protests. We got off the truck near the main railway station which isn't the most salubrious street, men use most walls in Delhi as urinals and this was obviously a particular favourite for them! They have absolutely no problem just squatting in the street here either which takes some getting used to. I saw guys squatting on the railway tracks when I was on the train from Bombay and I thought they'd badly timed it for when our train went past, but now I think they probably just didn't care that they were taking a dump in full view of the world!
