[뉴스웨이TV] 한나라당 안상수 원내대표, 野에 행정체제개편법 처리 협조 요청 : 개편,민주당,법안,안상수,원내대표,임시국회,지방행정체제,처리,한나라당,행정체제개편법ㆍ영상길이 : 02:40ㆍ등록자 : 뉴스웨이ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.04.13 (12:17) [촬영/편집 = 이인수 기자](서울=뉴스웨이 윤미숙 기자) 한나라당 안상수 원내대표는 13일 시·군·구 통합과 읍·면·동 주민자치를 골자로 한 `지방행정체제개편 특별법'의 4월 임시국회 처리를 기대하며 야당에 협조를 요청했다.한나라당 안상수 원내대표는 이날 국회에서 열린 원내대책회의에서 "지방행정체제 개편 문제는 지난해 9월 여야 영수회담에서 민주당 정세균 대표가 이명박 대통령에게 제안했던 사안이고 여야 모두 근본 취지에 대해 공감대를 형성해왔다"고 말했다. 이어 "그 이후 여야 합의에 의해 국회 특위가 구성돼 활발히 논의가 진행돼 왔고, 야당의 협조로 합의를 이뤄가는 과정에 있으므로 상당히 기대가 큰 상황"이라며 "100년된 낡은 지방행정시스템을 새롭게 바꾸는 역사적인 법안이 4월 국회에서 여야간 합의 처리로 통과될 수 있도록 민주당 정세균 대표와 이강래 원내대표의 적극적인 지도력을 기대한다"고 밝혔다. 한나라당 안상수 원내대표는 또 안중근 의사 순국 100주년에 더해 이날 제91주년 대한민국 임시정부 수립 기념일을 맞은 것과 관련, "우리나라가 많은 어려움과 난관에도 불구하고 오늘날 세계가 놀라는 발전을 이룩할 수 있었던 것은 국가와 민족을 위해 목숨바친 분들과 위기가 닥칠 때 마다 똘똘 뭉쳐 위기를 극복해낸 국민들의 애국심이 있었기에 가능했던 것"이라고 말했다. 특히 한나라당 안상수 원내대표는 "천안함 사건 후 한 기업인의 성금 기탁 이후 많은 국민들이 희생자 가족을 돕기 위한 성금 모금에 동참하고 있다"면서 "국민들이 마음을 모아 위로하고 군인 가족들의 명예를 드높이는 것이야말로 우리 사회가 슬픔을 함께 극복하고 위기를 이겨내는 동력이 될 것"이라고 말했다./윤미숙 기자 기사 제보 및 보도자료(뉴스웨이) pressdot@newsway.kr
