Born: Dec. 4, 1989. Single: Ryan Dungey lives at home with his family in his hometown of Belle Plaine, Minn. He splits his time between Minnesota, Southern California and Florida, where he rides & trains with fellow Fox athletes Ricky Carmichael and Ivan Tedesco. Ryan is in his third year with the Rockstar Makita Suzuki Factory team. He was one of only a handful of riders in recent history to transfer straight from amateur racing to the factory team. Ryan was recruited by motocross legend and Suzuki Team Manager Roger DeCoster, who enlisted Dungeys services after one impressive riding session in June of 2006. Now, with two full seasons of racing AMA Supercross and Motocross Nationals under his belt, not to mention the 2007 AMAs Rookie of the Year Award, Dungey feels that hes prepared for the challenges hell face in the 2009 season. RD is considered one of the favorites to win the West Lites SX Championship. After a tough battle in the 2009 Lites west coast series Ryan Dungey took home the championship at the Salt Lake City SX. Ryan also won 4 main events on his way to his first pro championship. 2009 West Coast Lites Champion 12 SX Lites wins 4th all time
