I think that if he focuses on what he's best at (the inspirational music) and bringing his life's experience to the floor, he can be very instrumental in changing the world for the better. Whatever you believe the negative to be, focusing on it means you're facing the wrong direction. It's best to quickly take a glance back (preferably at who you used to be) and keep moving forward.
