부천타임즈 팝콘영상 "조남인 후보의 자수" : 6.2지방선거,부천시의원 후보,부천타임즈,양주승,조남인,한나라당ㆍ영상길이 : 02:34ㆍ등록자 : 양의반란ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.04.29 (16:23) 주민센터에서 활동하고 있는 주민자치위원장은 선거에 특정 정당후보를 위해 선거운동을 할 수 없음에도 불구하고 6.2 지방선거 부천시 원미을 다선거구(중1,2,3,4동, 약대동)에 한나라당 후보로 출마한 조남인 전 중2동 주민자치위원장이 지난 18대 국회의원선거 당시 이사철 국회의원 당선을 위해 선거운동을 한 사실이 밝혀졌다.이같은 사실은 부천타임즈 인터넷방송팀이 취재 방송한 동영상에서 밝혀졋다.조남인 후보는 지난 4월 17일 부명정보산업고등학교에서 열린 한나라당 시의원 후보경선대회 정견발표에서 18대 이사철 의원이 국회의원이 됐을 때 중2동 책임자로서 성실한 활동해(원미을) 10개동중에서 득표율이 제일 많다고"고 자랑함으로서 스스로 선거운동에 개입했음을 자수(?) 한 것.그러면서 조남인 후보는 "이때 이사철 위원장꼐서 하신 말씀이 '중2동 주민자치위원장 정말 고생했다' 당선되고 처음하신 말씀이었다" 면서 이사철 위원장을 향해, "혹시 의원님 기억나십니까?" 네 기억 나신답니다"라며 이사철 위원장과 각별한 관계임을 당원들에게 강조했다.
