혻 [뉴스에이] 경기도 고양지역 한 중학교들의 알몸 졸업식 뒤풀이가 선배들의 강압에 따라 이뤄진 것으로 드러났다. 혻 중학생들의 알몸 졸업식 뒤풀이를 수사 중인 일산경찰서는, 관련 학생 7명을 불러 조사한 결과 선배의 강압이었다는 진술을 확보했다고 밝혔다. 혻 또한 “졸업식 뒤풀이에 꼭 참석하라는 문자메시지를 받았다”며 “나가지 않으면 선배들에게 혼날 것이 두려워 어쩔 수 없이 나갔다”는 피해학생들의 진술을 확보한 상태이다. 혻 경찰은 설 연휴가 끝나는 대로 피해학생 8명과 가해 학생 20명을 불러 조사한 뒤 폭력행위 등 처벌에 관한 법률 위반 혐의를 적용해 형사 처벌할 계획이다. 혻 또한 동영상을 인터넷에 유포한 누리꾼도 찾아내 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 위반 등의 혐의로 함께 처벌할 예정이다. 혻 논란이 된 졸업식 뒤풀이 사진과 동영상에는 대낮에 아파트단지 주변에서 졸업식을 마친 학생들이 속옷마저 입지 않은 나체 상태에서 선배로 보이는 학생들이 후배들의 옷을 억지로 벗기는 모습과 이들의 지시에 따라 좌로, 우로 구르는 모습, 피라미드를 쌓는 모습 등이 그대로 담겨져 있다. 혻 또한 이들 사진과 동영상에는 일부 학생들의 얼굴과 실명까지 공개되어 현재 인터넷사이트, P2P사이트, 유료 성인사이트 등에 계속 확산유포 되고 있어 더욱더 문제가 되고 있다.
