I missed my connection flight because f***ing aweful SAS couldn’t wait from 6 passengers coming all the way from Canada for five minutes!!! (on a MD-80 :O) Then AC rebooked me on a BA flight at 12 to CPH and then SAS on to GOT. It's wierd they could do that because BA isn't even Star Alliance.
