北京烤鴨據說是清代御膳，至今發揚光大，令世界各地遊客趨之若鶩。烤鴨選用北京鴨品種，先吹氣上皮，再以果木燒烤，配以蔥白、青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲、蒜泥、砂糖、泡菜及醬黃瓜等調味，令香味更為突出。 板栗即栗子，經常聽聞天津板栗，但韜韜教路遷西板栗才是真正靚貨。街頭的糖炒板栗，雖然簡單，但遠遠嗅到已教人口水直流。糖炒板栗入口鬆化甘香，試問怎能停口？韜韜和彩雲更深入栗子園，見識600歲的栗子樹，品嚐樹上摘的新鮮栗子。 最後來到北京一間園景飯店，品嚐矜貴菜式松茸水魚燉翅，將極品菇菌松茸的鮮味，完全逼入魚翅中，可謂人間美食；煎焗大連鮮鮑賣相絕佳，大連鮮鮑是國內最腍滑的鮑魚，煮法亦夠惹味；栗子八寶鴨材料豐富，栗子夠腍且吸收了鴨的鮮味。最後當然別要錯過一試創意甜品栗茸煎軟餅及栗子露。
