For these special movies they will distribute a special Victini level 50 in a Cherish Ball, knows V-Create and Searing Shot. It is holding the Wishing Ribbon and the Fire Gem. It’s not known yet what the other 2 moves will be. It's not known yet either if there will be a Bonus Pokémon for those pre-ordering the Movie Tickets. Perhaps a special Reshiram & Zekrom?
