Steph. Three Flights Up

So. This year has been a real knock off for me. Torn calf, then damaged joint in my back. Not fun! I’ve only been back in the gym for the last month and a half - i've missed it alot! I'm finally getting skills back. It's a working progress! Haha but yeah. Lost ALOT of strength and flexibility but it's coming back. Slowly.. I'm competing first weekend in September so fingers crossed i'll have it sussed. This vid though was just something made in 10 minutes. No decent editing at all. Made on WMM. Stupid Sony Vegas isn't working on my new laptop yet... :( These vids though are from like my 3rd or 4th time back in the gym though :) No bad comments please! Hopefully have a decent vid coming up to celebrate my 100+ subs! :D Thanks guys. XO PS. No vault was videod on the day. Will hopefully get more videos soon.
