Amerikaan ontdekt 'ruimtestation' op Mars.

Het lijkt er op dat de Amerikaan David Martines tijdens zijn Google-reis naar Mars een ruimtestation op de rode planeet heeft ontdekt. Op YouTube deelt de amateur-astronaut zijn ervaringen. Hij deed zijn ontdekking per toeval op de cordinaten 71 49’19.73"N 29 33'06.53"W. Volgens Davids berekeningen is het gebouw 200 meter lang en 45 meter breed. In zijn video zegt hij: 'Dit is iets wat ik bij toeval heb ontdekt op Google Mars. Ik noem het Bio-station Alpha, want ik ben in de veronderstelling dat daar iets in leeft of heeft geleefd.' 'Het zou een elektriciteitscentrale kunnen zijn, een ruimte voor biologische ontwikkeling of een tussenstation voor vermoeide ruimtevaarders. Laten we hopen dat het geen wapen is. Het is zeker geen gesteente of berg.' Martines zegt niet te weten of NASA hier iets van af weet.
