[뉴스웨이TV] 당정, 학교폭력 대책 마련 나선다 : 교육,국회,당정협의,안상수,유아교육,육아보육,폭력,학교폭력,학교폭력근절,한나라당ㆍ영상길이 : 03:19ㆍ등록자 : 뉴스웨이ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.03.26 (15:40) [촬영=뉴스웨이 생생TV / 이인수 기자](서울=뉴스웨이 윤미숙 기자) 일부 청소년들의 심각한 학교폭력이 사회적 문제가 되고 있는 가운데, 정부와 한나라당이 조만간 당정회의를 열어 학교폭력 대책 마련에 나서기로 했다. 한나라당 안상수 원내대표는 26일 국회에서 열린 주요당직자회의에서 "최근 서울 모 지역에서 고등학생이 중학생들을 1년여간 폭행·협박하고 개 사료까지 먹였다는 충격적인 보도가 있었다"며 "학교폭력으로 어린이들이 자살하거나 정신질환을 겪는 등 안전해야 할 교육 현장이 각종 폭력으로 얼룩져 있다는 것을 심각하게 인식해야 한다"고 지적했다. 안상수 원내대표는 "교육을 바로세우지 않고서는 미래가 없다는 인식 하에 가정과 학교, 사회가 책임의식을 가지고 구체적이고 현실적인 학교폭력 대책을 추진해야 한다"며 "곧 당정회의를 열어 학교폭력 근절 방안에 대해 집중 논의하겠다"고 밝혔다. 이어 "학교폭력을 근절하기 위해 폭력 예방, 피해학생 지원, 가해학생에 대한 인성교육 등 3단계의 세분화된 대책을 세워나가겠다"면서 "특히 학교폭력은 일선 교사들의 책임의식과 문제의식이 있어야 한다. 문제를 감추는 게 아니라 학부모, 교사, 경찰의 철저한 사후대처가 필요하다"고 강조했다. 안상수 원내대표는 또 당 정책위가 전날 발표한 저출산 대책과 관련, "한나라당은 젊은 부부의 피부에 와닿을 수 있는 살아있는 정책을 추진하고자 '아이 키우기 편한 나라 7대 공약'을 발표했다"며 "아기를 갖게 되면 임신·출산·교육 등을 국가가 책임지고 '원 스톱 서비스' 하겠다는 게 핵심"이라고 설명했다. 안상수 원내대표는 "이는 젊은 부부의 보육·육아 부담을 덜어주고 저출산 문제 해결 및 여성의 사회활동 지원 등 1석 3조의 생활밀착형 민생정책"이라며 "한나라당은 여성의 사회진출과 저출산 문제 해결을 동시에 이룰 수 있는 생활밀착형 정책을 실시해 여성이 아이를 편하게 낳는 나라를 만들겠다"고 밝혔다. 기사 제보 및 보도자료(뉴스웨이) pressdot@news...
