See this TripWow and more at tripwow.tripadvisor.com Week in Fiji "Our Air Pacific red-eye flight left at 11pm last Sunday night (31 January) and got into Nadi on Monday morning at 5.30am. Unfortunately the entertainment system was broken (so no movies OR radio to keep us entertained) and I couldn’t sleep for the entire flight (which is usual). Luckily it's only a 5 hour 15 minute flight. After a bumpy 2 hour bus trip we arrived at our resort at 8am and luckily could check in straightaway. We went to sleep for a couple of hours, then got up and explored the resort. It has two huge wings with pools in the middle, and 3 restaurants (Italian, Japanese and normal Brasserie stuff) in the part that divides the two wings. There were around 300 rooms in total. We were lucky to be put in the quieter Suva wing, which has a smaller, much less crowded pool. The other wing has a big pool, kids pool, ice creamery, swim up bar, beach/sports hire office, kids club, beachside volleyball court and the Bar & Grill which pumps out tunes all day. Very loud if you wanted to have a snooze during the day! We had lunch at the Lagoon Bar & Grill (next to the big pool) and then walked along the beach and bought jewellery, drinks and snacks from some beachside shacks (about a third of the price of the resort!).
