東京電力株主総会 「脱原発」議案、賛成8%・反対89%で否決

東京電力の株主総会に、過去最多の9,000人を超える株主が詰めかけた。出席者からは経営陣に対する厳しい声が相次ぎ、総会の時間もおよそ6時間の長丁場となった。しかし、株主400人余りが提案した「脱原発」の議案は、賛成8%、反対89%で否決された。東京電力株の28日の終値は、27日の終値とまったく同じ316円だった。28日、東京・港区の株主総会の会場入り口付近は、厳重な警備が敷かれた。株主の列のほかにも、「脱原発」、「反原発」と書かれた横断幕を掲げる人たちがいるなど、会場周辺は人でごった返した。東京電力の株主総会には、騒然とした空気の中、過去最多、延べ9,309人の株主が出席した。冒頭、勝俣会長のおわびから幕を明けた。勝俣会長は「広く社会の皆さまに多大なご迷惑とご心配をおかけしておりますことを、役員一同、心より深くおわびを申し上げます」などと述べた。清水社長は「東京電力グループは、かつて経験したことのない重大な危機に直面いたしております」などと話した。会場からは「損害賠償は間違いないのか!」などとの怒号が響いた。福島第1原発事故後、初めての株主総会。株主が提出した脱原発を求める議案が焦点となった。東京電力の株を保有する福島・南相馬市の桜井勝延市長は「今、南相馬市が被ってしまった原発災害を考えたときに、原発とは同居できない」と、脱原発に賛成する考えを示した。しかし、結局、この議案は金融機関など大株主の反対で否決された。株主からは「民間企業で原発を担えるのか」、「企業体質を直さないかぎり、何度でも事故は起きる」との発言が飛び出した。株主総会は過去最長、6時間9分にも及んだ。出席した株主は「役員は全然反省してないです。全然駄目です」、「できれば本当に(原発を)やめてもらいたいです、できればね。それ(原発)を代替できるものが今、明確じゃないし」と話した。
