After eating breakfast at a over priced café (they actually had fried potatoes w/cheese) we wanted to find some shorts or something cooler to wear. You have not seen two more unmotivated women shoppers in your life. When you don't feel like shopping you cant find anything at all that you like. After searching just about every street in town (Town is smaller than the old town area) we ended up buying sarongs so we could go to the beach. We hired a motorbike to take us back up the hill (both of us at one time). After changing into swimsuits and sarongs we decided to walk down the road a little bit and find somewhere to get onto the beach, right by our room was a path that looked like it headed to the beach we were not sure. We walked down to an area where we could see the beach and walked on the sand for a while. The beach was nice peaceful and quiet. We found some rocks and took a few pictures and decided to try and walk around the rock formations to see if we could find the spot on the beach were we thought the patch from the resort might come out. After sloshing around trying to keep from getting wet and climbing over and around several large rocks we made it around the end of the rock formations to find more rock formations.
