다보스에서 울려 퍼진 아리랑 : 다보스,다보스포럼,스위스 다보스,이명박,전경련,전국경제인연합회,조석래,코리아나이트,Korea Nightㆍ영상길이 : 06:27ㆍ등록자 : 전국경제인연합회ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.04.20 (10:18) 다보스에서 울려 퍼진 아리랑- 전경련, ‘한국의 밤’ 행사 성황리에 막내려 - 아리랑과 김치를 앞세운 한국의 문화와 음식이 전세계 정치 경제 지도자들을 매료시켰다. 전경련이 G20 정상회담을 앞두고 한국을 홍보하기 위해 스위스 다보스 중심가에 있는 모로사니 슈바이처호프(Morosani Schweizerhof) 호텔에서 개최한 `한국의 밤(Korea Night)` 행사가 800여명의 국내외 주요 인사들이 참석한 가운데 1월 28일 밤(스위스 현지시간) 성황리에 개최되었다. 가야금과 재즈 피아노의 협주로 시작된 이날 행사는 다양한 한국의 문화로 참석한 외국인들의 눈과 귀를 매료시켰다. 이날 전경련은 올해 G20 정상회담 개최국으로서 동서양을 아루르는 세계 리더 국가로서의 한국의 자부심을 표현하기 위해 한국 문화와 서양 문화가 조화하는 문화 공연을 선보였다. 특히 아리랑의 선율에 맞춘 국립발레단의 우아하면서도 역동적인 발레 공연은 “우리 민족의 웅비와 전세계의 화합을 아름답게 표현했다”는 외국 참석자들의 호평을 받았다. 행사장에서 연주된 아리랑의 경우 ‘세계와 함께하는 아리랑’을 주제로 클래식 교향곡형태로 재편곡하여 세계인 모두 즐길 수 있는 한국의 리듬을 강조하였다. 실제로 한국을 잘 안다는 한 외국 참석자는 이번 공연이 동양과 서양의 만남을 잘 표현했으며, 예전에 들어본 아리랑은 뭔지 모르게 슬프다는 느낌이 강한 한국만의 음악이였다면 다보스에서 울려 퍼진 아리랑은 밝고 미래지향적이며 누구나 좋아하는 멜로디인 것 같다는 평가를 내리기도 하였다. 특급 호텔 총주방장을 비롯한 16명의 엄선된 요리사와 푸드 스타일리스트가 준비한 한식은 외국 참석자들로부터 ‘원더풀’이라는 찬사를 이끌어 냈다. 한국에서도 보기 힘든 황제김치, 전복보쌈김치 등 김치류와 울진대게말이, 대하잣무침, 잡채 등 다양한 한국음식들이 이날 행사에 제공되었는데, 한국 요리의 세계화를 위해 한국의 맛을 살리면서 외국인들에게도 부담이 되지 않도록 요리되었다고 한다. 특히 이명박 대통령께서 직접 외국 참석자들에게 음식을 권하고 한식의 우수성을 설명하는 등 한식 세일즈에 나서기도 하였다. 이날 행사에...
