My 2011 Golden Globes Review

I hope I don’t sound I didn't like Ricky Gervais because he was mean and people should always be nice to stars because that's not true. I didn't like Ricky Gervais because he wasn't funny in the first place, and in order to maybe get a few sympathy laughs he would totally attack people who didn't deserve it. So no, that wasn't funny, it was kind of sad and uncomfortable to watch. He would have been better off making "your mamma" jokes. Seriously. It was just at the wrong place and the wrong time. Trust me, I love comedians making fun of stupid celebrities likes Snooki, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, you name it! But just throwing out insults with no substance in them? Please. Leave that to school bullies. I can understand poking fun at Scientology, Charlie Sheen, Hugh Hefner... But Robert Downey Jr.? Bruce Willis? Johnny Depp? Come on.
