細野原発事故担当相は、原発事故で自主的避難を求めている「緊急時避難準備区域」について、8月中に解除する考えを民主党福島県連の関係者に伝えていたことがわかった。16日、福島第1原発周辺の市町村との意見交換会に参加した細野原発事故担当相は、そのあと開かれた民主党福島県連との懇談の中で、緊急時避難準備区域を8月までに解除する考えを伝えたという。この中で、細野原発事故担当相は、「避難区域の一部解除は、秋には持ち越したくない。7月中に原子力安全委員会で安全確認したうえで、公共施設のモニタリングを行い、市町村と協議して、一律に解除を進めたい」と話したという。緊急時避難準備区域は、南相馬市など5つの市町村のおよそ5万9,000人が対象になっている。
