TURKEY HUNT (COLORADO AND PENNSYLVANIA) Freddy endures the toughest turkey hunt of his career. It’s April, the middle of award season. Jeannie is in her office with a friend's Emmy. She shares what it was like to have her show How Do I Look nominated for an Emmy in 2010. Freddy doesn't understand the value of a little gold dude as an award. "It's not like a giant rack hanging on the wall!" Jeannie rolls her eyes because she doesn't understand stuffed animals as trophies! Freddy's phone rings. It's Matt. Freddy has to go and meet Matt in Colorado because April is also turkey-hunting season! With the conversation unresolved, Freddy leaves. Once Freddy arrives in Colorado, he picks Matt up. The two go to the taxidermist to pick up a stuffed bull-bust for Freddy. Freddy shares how these animals are his trophies. "They are a hunter's Academy Award!" Freddy and Matt arrive to the ranch and spend the second half of that day hunting. Instead of turkeys, the hunters see mule deer, elk, and many other animals! What a testament to of the Harteis Ranch! Freddy shares how their ranch gives back to the community by developing the habitat and cultivating amazing animals. FIRST FULL DAY Freddy and Matt talk about the freezing weather. They journey out with decoys and a double blind to aid their hunt. While they erect the blind, a flock of turkey sees them!
