[뉴스웨이TV] 오세훈 서울시장, 재선 도전 선언…"서울을 세계 5대 도시로" : 5대도시,기자회견,서울,서울시장,서울시장재선출마,오세훈,재선,출마선언,출마선언기자회견,한나라당ㆍ영상길이 : 03:21ㆍ등록자 : 뉴스웨이ㆍ등록일시 : 2010.04.14 (15:58) [촬영/편집 = 이인수 기자](서울=뉴스웨이 윤미숙 기자) 한나라당 소속 오세훈 서울시장이 14일 "서울도 장기비전을 가진 재선 시장이 나와야 한다"며 재선 도전을 공식 선언했다. 오세훈 서울시장은 이날 낮 여의도 한나라당 당사에서 출마 기자회견을 갖고 "서울은 이제 4년짜리 정책으로 단기성과를 추구할 수 있는 규모를 넘어섰다"며 "재선에 도전해 또 다른 4년 임기를 성공적으로 완수해내는 것이 제가 가야 할 길이라고 다짐했다"고 밝혔다. 오세훈 서울시장은 "지난 4년 동안 변화의 기틀은 마련됐다고 자부한다"며 "다시 시동을 켜고 엔진을 달굴 필요 없이 지금 이 상태에서 고속의 가속기를 밟아 단숨에 서울을 세계 5대 도시로 진입시키겠다"고 역설했다.특히 오세훈 서울시장은 "공교육을 살리는 시장이 되겠다"며 "서울의 공교육을 살리는 일에 향후 4년간 1조원의 예산을 직접 투입할 것이며, 이를 통해 사교육·학교폭력·학교 준비물 등 3대 교육 부담이 없는 '3無 학교'를 만들겠다"고 밝혔다. 이어 "소득 격차가 교육 격차로 이어지지 않도록 저소득층 자녀의 교육복지를 강화할 것"이라며 "친환경 급식, 수업료와 기타 운영비, 교재비, 방과후 학교비, 교복비 등 5대 교육비용을 서울시가 전액 지원하겠다"고 강조했다. 오세훈 서울시장은 "이런 과제를 달성하기 위해선 서울시의 자체 노력 외에 법적·제도적 개혁이 필요하다"면서 "지방자치단체가 학부모들의 요구를 교육정책에 반영할 수 있도록 진정한 교육 자치를 구현해야 하며, 필요하다면 교육감 직선제도 개선해야 한다"고 주장했다. 이밖에도 오세훈 서울시장은 ▲공공보육 시설 확충 및 소득하위 70%까지 무상보육 확대 등을 통한 '보육천국을 만드는 시장' ▲어르신 행복타운을 건립하는 등 '노후걱정을 없애는 시장' ▲사회적 기업 활성화 등으로 일자리 100만개를 만들어 내는 '일자리 창출 시장' ▲'서울을 세계 5위 도시로 진입시키는 시장' 등을 제시했다. 오세훈 ...
