Episode 3: "Shark Attack" Reward Challenge: Prior the challenge, each tribe received a box containing supplies from Home Depot. Using the tools provided, each tribe had 24 hours to build a home at their camp. Once the 24 hours is up, Jeff will send a judge to rate the homes on size, strength, and creativity. The winning tribe wins reward. Reward: A surprise reward of blankets, mats and wine. In addition, the first and second place tribes would receive a clue to a key for their box of rice. Immunity Challenge: Because Jenna M. voluntarily left the game to be with her dying mother, there was no immunity challenge, therefore no Tribal Council was held. This challenge was later used in Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains.[citation needed] At Mogo Mogo, Jenna M. was suffering from depression. Meanwhile. Saboga, having lost two immunity challenges, knew they needed to be productive. Rupert caught a fish for his tribe’s lunch. At the reward challenge, Chapera elected Rob M. as their leader as he had experience with building homes. Meanwhile, at Saboga, Rupert took the leadership role and came up with the idea of a log cabin. However, things got tense as Jerri disagreed with his design. Meanwhile, Mogo Mogo decided to build a treehouse. Colby and Lex worked on Mogo Mogo's home, while Jenna M. and Shii Ann suggested creative touches.
