A New HAARP Location?!? March 9 Storm System:Gulf Coast thru Canada

I live 7 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and 60 miles east of New Orleans. I DO believe that the purpose of the oilspill was to set up a new and improved type of HAARP technology. I, also, suspect that whatever they did set up out in the Gulf and various coastal locations was the last step needed to 'wire' the world together for a global weather modification capability(along with whatever other devious schemes they may have plan to implement with this technology ie,mind control, Project Bluebeam scenarios,etc). I watched Google Earth,off and on, throughout the last 24 hours. No storm stystem ever moved into the Gulf Coast area....but we had severe weather. It never moved in because it was BUILT and moved out constantly right here on the Gulf Coast. Research it for yourself on any 24 hour satellite loop of this storm system from the last 24 hours(the afternoon of March 8 thru March 9, 2011!
